We feature live, in studio performances & interviews with local and touring musicians. We also play the best in live recordings and bootlegs. There is no specific genre you can hear on this show except for what it is: Live Music.

Live (as in 'I live in BC') And Let Live (as in 'Live from New York') was created through an authentic love for live music. After years of going to shows, collecting popular, rare and absurd recordings; Paul and his silent partner Colleen have decided to bring their unique perspective to the air waves.

Kindly broadcast every Saturday night since April 2007 on Kootenay Co-op Radio, Live And Let Live has steadily grown into a familiar name in the Nelson area.
